Whether you have insurance or are uninsured you have some amount to pay the day of the medical visit. Know that 30% of our patients are not insured and are on payment plans for their health care with us. This is a service we started several years ago and are proud to offer it to our patients.

 

For insured patients - Co-pay right away.

 

Insurance companies require us to get a co-pay payment the same day you are seen for care. It is part of your insurance contract. Please have your co-pay ready at check in.

 

For uninsured patients - Pay today: Pay 20% less on physician charges.

 

As health costs increase, please take advantage of our offer.

 

By paying for the physician charge the same day of care, we will subtract 20% from the physician consultation charge. The discount does not apply to medical tests, labs, or medication.

High-deductible Insurance - Stay ahead of large medical bills.

 

Please ask the receptionist what you owe today. Deductibles and co-pays vary with this type of insurance plan. Our office staff can help determine current charges so your medical bills are more manageable.

 

Be advised: Medical charges are not based on the amount of time spent with the health care provider, but rather on the complexity of the exam, and the follow-up to the physical exam – i.e., review of test results, consulting other resources, and development of a treatment plan. Industry standards help regulate charges.
